Fiat Panda: super promo prices, unfortunately not for everyone

Fiat is hitting hard this January with an exceptional offer on its Fiat Panda Hybrid. Far from going unnoticed, this promotion is sure to appeal to those waiting to renew their vehicle. But there's a catch: this offer isn't for everyone.

The Fiat Panda Hybrid, usually sold for €15,950, is available in Italy for just €9,550. A reduction of almost €6,400, which seems almost too good to be true. In fact, two conditions are required to qualify. The first is to own a vehicle eligible for the €4,500 scrappage incentive, which brings the price of the Panda down to €11,450. The second: take advantage of a Fiat discount of €1,500, provided you finance the purchase through their financing system. This means a total discount of €6,400 on the initial price.

Sounds like a great deal, but watch out for the aftertaste of credit. If you take into account the financing interest, the total cost of the car is €10,319This is still a very competitive figure, especially when compared with prices elsewhere in Europe.

For comparison, in France, the Fiat Panda is priced at €14,900 with a €1,000 trade-in offer, a far cry from the Italian promotion. In Germany, it starts from €15,490, even with a €1,000 discount from Fiat. Finally, it's in Italy that you'll find the Fiat Panda at the best price.which explains its status as the country's undisputed sales leader, representing nearly 70 % of Fiat sales in Italy.

So this promotion is not only a golden opportunity for Italians, but also for Fiat's strategy to maintain sufficient sales volume in its home market. The Fiat Panda is a key model for the brand, and with this offer it will further consolidate its number 1 position in Italy by 2025. If this promotion had been extended to other European countries, it would undoubtedly have boosted sales even further, particularly in markets such as France and Germany.

So why not extend this attractive offer to other European countries? A €10,000 Fiat Panda in other European countries would undoubtedly have been a real success, and a good way to build volume while awaiting the first deliveries of the Fiat Grande Panda and the first orders for the new electric Fiat 500 and hybrid Fiat 500 expected by the end of 2025.

  1. What a horror this old fiat panda is...Instead of building the new one in Italy, they're having it made in Serbia...The FIAT group is crazy...They release 1 new vehicle a year while Renault launches 4...

    • The comments are a bit excessive... It's deplorable.
Renault may come out with 4 models a year, but when it comes to quality, I'm kidding! It's up to you to invent (if you can!!!) the life that goes with it!
I've been driving a Panda for 10 years and I'm going to fall for the Pandina 👍🐼

  3. That is a fake Promotion even on the italian Tv! First of all we have to scrap a car and second we are forced to do a credit loan othewise no ProMotion! That's ridicolous and not accettable! At the end the car will cost approx 14.000 €. 🤡 Stellantis 🤡

  4. It's great news to know that the Fiat Panda is number one in Italian sales. Proving once again that the concept of a small, simple, efficient but hard-working car still works.
Fiat's room for manoeuvre is very limited, and I'm not at all convinced by the big Panda. Too big, too modern, too expensive. I drive the Panda Cross 4×4 from 2013 and I can say for being in the mountains every day that it's really great. I wouldn't change at all for the new big Panda, which for me is just a marketing product in tune with the times, but I don't know if it will meet the needs of the majority of Fiat Panda owners.
On the other hand, I saw on youtube some styling exercise presentations of what the future Fiat Panda 4×4 2025 could be. And here, wow, magnificent, it's coming out and I'm immediately smitten.
Greetings from a Panda cross 4×4 fan.
