Ferrari electric: here are the first spyshots

A few days ago, we told you about the "easter egg" during the video presentation of the new Ferrari factory. Today, this hypothesis is taking on greater substance with the revelation of the first spyshots of the electric Ferrari on the road.

Ferrari is getting closer and closer to its first 100 % electric modelscheduled for launch at the end of next year, with a market launch in early 2026. Recently, the first spy shots of the prototype were captured on the road by Derek Photographywho posted the images on his Instagram account.

Spotted at Maranello, the unusual prototype appears to feature a modified body from the Maserati Levante, but with headlights reminiscent of those on the Ferrari Roma. What also catches the eye are the newly designed wheels, presumably without the aerodynamic covers. It is important to note that the fact that this prototype uses the bodywork of the Maserati Levante does not necessarily mean that it will be an SUV. Ferrari has also promised that its electric vehicle will sound authentic, although the precise details of this feature have yet to be defined.

Despite the presence of four exhaust outlets, they're obviously fake, reinforced by the presence of yellow stickers indicating high voltage, confirming the vehicle's electrical nature.

According to Reuters, this vehicle will cost over 500,000 euros, although Ferrari CEO Benedetto Vigna has yet to confirm this information. Similarly, the rumor that this model would increase Ferrari's annual production from 14,000 to 20,000 units remains unconfirmed.

Independently of the arrival of this first electric Ferrari, the prancing-horse brand has reaffirmed its commitment to continue producing internal combustion engines for as long as its customers require.
