The Scuderia Ferrari had already confirmed, a few weeks ago, that it would be unveiling its brand-new F1, known as the SF-25 (or "Project 677"), at an exclusive event on February 19, 2025 in Maranello and Fiorano. However, on the eve of this long-awaited moment, a mysterious rendering of the future single-seater is circulating on social networks, arousing curiosity (and controversy) among tifosi and race observers alike. Formula 1.

Doubtful rendering

According to several sources, including the @robertofunoat on social network X, a photo showing a supposed livery of the Ferrari SF-25 appeared on the internet before quickly disappearing. For the moment, it is impossible to verify whether this is really the final livery.

In the image in question, we would distinguish :

  • A white stripe on the hood, breaking with the full red livery usually chosen by Scuderia.
  • A darker redin line with our information about the new Ferrari color for 2025.
  • The stickers from new sponsor Unicreditwhose partnership with Ferrari has just been made official.

Presentation in London and shakedown in Fiorano

The publication of this report comes just a few days before two major events for the Scuderia:

  1. F1 75 Live at The O2" event in London (February 18)
All the F1 teams and their drivers will be revealing their new liveries to an international audience. Ferrari has confirmed that it will be showing an SF-24 in 2025 livery, but not yet the real SF-25 in every detail.
  2. The official presentation at Maranello/Fiorano (February 19)
The Scuderia will unveil its SF-25 at this private event. Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton, Ferrari's new driver pairing for 2025, will take the wheel for a shakedown on the private Fiorano circuit. This inaugural run will allow us to check that the single-seater is working properly before the official pre-season tests in Bahrain.

A well-kept secret

Ferrari is renowned for jealously guarding its technical secrets and final design until the very last moment. According to reports, it's unlikely that the single-seater has already been on track in its final livery. Usually, the Italian team uses camouflaged colors if testing takes place before the official presentation. In our opinion, this is a photo montage by a well-informed person.

However, if the leaked photo is to be believed, it's not impossible that the design revealed is close to the one we'll see on February 18 in London, and again on February 19 in Maranello, under the gaze of press and fans from all over the world.
