The next-generation Alfa Romeo Stelvio is finally unveiled, in the form of camouflaged prototypes. Scheduled for official unveiling at the end of 2025 and marketing in the spring of 2026, this future sporty SUV has just been caught testing, including in the extreme conditions of Lapland.

In Lapland, a camouflaged example of the Stelvio was immortalized by carspotter SH Proshots, then relayed by the motor.es website. The shots reveal a model with a profile that is clearly more fastback than the current version, approaching a sleeker silhouette. The whole appears longer and lower, suggesting a significant stylistic evolution for the Italian SUV. The wide rims typical ofAlfa Romeo large brake discs.
The latest photo shows a new rear light signature, while the front remains more mysterious, still shrouded in camouflage. Nevertheless, we can make out an imposing scudetto and front lights reminiscent of those on the little Junior SUV. However, it's hard to get ahead of ourselves, since the camouflage is so effective in masking the final lines.
From a technical point of view, we know that the future Stelvio will be based on the STLA Large platform and will adopt a 100 % electric powertrain, incorporating the new STLA Brain technologies developed by the Stellantis group. More photos are likely to appear soon, as the brand seems to be increasing the number of prototypes in circulation in order to fine-tune its development.
