WhileAlfa Romeo is preparing to unveil the next generation of its Stelvio SUV by the end of 2025, the first visual speculations are already flooding the web. A few weeks ago, a camouflaged prototype of the future model was spotted in the middle of a test session on the snowy roads of Lapland. An event that hasn't escaped the attention of the most creative illustrators, who are determined to guess what's hidden beneath the masked bodywork.
And the result is... surprising! While the rear of the future Stelvio seems to be the subject of consensus, it's the front end that's divisive.
The first illustration, by Autopareri, has opted for a highly angular, almost conceptual interpretation. The tapered, futuristic look, combined with a plunging hood and Scudetto reminiscent of the Giulia SWB Zagato.

Next comes the illustration from L'Automobile Magazine. Here, we're reminded of Junior, with an imposing Scudetto, sharp optics and pronounced air intakes.

Finally, the Motor.es website offers a more fluid vision, with a large Scudetto Leggenda and stretched optics

What these illustrations reveal, beyond their differences, is that the Stelvio 2025's camouflage works like a charm. For the time being, it's impossible to reveal the secrets of the front end, which fuels the curiosity surrounding this strategic model for Alfa Romeo. See you in the coming months to find out more... and see which version comes closest to reality!
Today's Giulia and Stelvio front ends are a true reflection of Italian design! Simplicity, fluidity, purity of design lines.
New technologies such as lighting and driving aids are forcing designers to adapt.
Too bad! 🙄
Beautiful
Well, it looks like Vinfast...
The least worst is the second. The third looks nothing like an Alfa Romeo.
It's all very bland... and since they're inspired by the spyshots and Mesonero-Romanos' work on Junior, it may unfortunately be close to reality...
Don't put a V back on the hood.
The pleats on the hood were always in line with the scudetto (alfa design), whatever Mr. Imperato may think.
As for the rest: the front is very bland, the profile a rebadged Citroën, and the rear a bad copy of a Korean, with a city car design for gents (no research), all with a pure tech engine and a price above the competition. The best way to kill a brand.
Where do you get the idea that there will be a Puretech engine in the future Stelvio? The non-electric solution hasn't even been announced...
I think it lacks specificity (I immediately thought of Skoda's design) and will age badly. I'm also having trouble seeing the connection with the latest 33.
Gebt Alfa den Chinesen-die können und machen es viel besser !!!!!
Since Alfa Romeo became part of stellantis, it's getting worse and worse!!!! First those suv shoeboxes and a design that doesn't look like anything anymore....
Another historic brand thrown away for all those shark bosses who don't give a damn about the history of such a fine brand. All they care about is the dough, the margins, the profits, and too bad for the consequences...
Alfa dies a slow death.... Dramatic
To me, the second one has the feel closest to the original Stelvio.
Alfa is DISTINCT. The current designer lead tries to be loud by adding TOO MANY features. This is sad. Alfa lost its sould (Engines0 and is risking loosing also its identity (design)
