Alfa Romeo has recently published a summary video entitled "Best of 2024", in which the Italian brand looks back on the highlights of the past year. If this video attracts the attention of fans, it's for a precise detail in the last few minutes the new rear light signature of future Alfa Romeo models.
Rumor confirmed
For several months, rumors confirmed by close sources, announced an evolution of the rear light signature on future Alfa Romeo models. Until recently, this rumour seemed difficult to confirm. However, the "Best of 2024" video now reveals what now seems a certainty: the future Alfa Romeo Stelvio and Giulia will adopt a completely new lighting signature.
As confirmed by the video, the rear of future models from the Italian brand will feature a "mouth" shape, reminiscent of the famous scudettothe brand's emblem. This evolution breaks with the light signature of the Alfa Romeo Junior SUV, which already featured a shape similar to that of the Tonale.

This stylistic direction comes as no total surprise to informed observers. Last October, designer Alessandro Masera, known for his unofficial renderings of future Alfa Romeo models, published a rendering showing an Alfa Romeo model with a light signature very similar to the one shown in the video. At the time, it was still speculation, but this new video seems to confirm that Masera's rendering is approaching reality.
The future Stelvio, due to be unveiled in 2025, and the Giulia, scheduled for 2026, should therefore adopt this particularly distinctive light signature. This would fit in perfectly with the renewal of the Alfa Romeo range, based on the new STLA Large platform.
Pololo but ANYTHING!
The scudetto always refers to the front, it's not possible the new managers must be fired on the spot!
Awful. Looks like the mouth of a clown in makeup.
Not impressed with the rear lights. I am sure Alfa Romeo can do much better than that.
It remains to be seen whether this new design will have time to see the light of day. We don't know if the brand will survive Junior and these future Peugeot rebadgings...
Honestly, the PSA and FCA merger is not going well at all... I already knew it before the merger, now everyone can see it...
It doesn't converge, synergies are done on the cheap, everything is done to emphasize the PSA part... Nobody wants their models, which are less good and more expensive than the competition...
